Yesterday was yet another Super Sunday with the Farewell Service and Spaghetti Dinner in honor of Pastor Joy who is going home to help her husband pastor their church in the Philippines. Pastor Joy served Communion, and then preached a powerful message entitled, “Look For A Way Out.” She gave several illustrations how her personal trials were met by her faith. Following the main service a delicious spaghetti dinner was enjoyed by everyone, with a large farewell Cake for Pastor Joy. Pastor Joy was given a beautiful inscribed plaque and a financial gift for her four years of helping in all our ICA congregations.
The Agape ICA Church had their fundraising Sunday for this year's Children’s Camp. Our goal was 57,000 NT and the people met that goal with their liberal giving yesterday. Praise the Lord for Children’s Camp.
