Chosen One's 8th Anniversary yesterday was a super charged event with the Presence of Jesus Christ in Power and Glory. The 231 people who attended all went home feeling it had been a glorious day. Members from five of the congregations performed special numbers including music, dances, and dramas. Senior Pastor Harry Leid brought a message from the theme of the anniversary, “Revival of the Mind,” From Philippians 4:8,9. The first thought was, What kind of a mind do we have? Do we have: a garbage dump mind, a blank mind, an intellectual mind, a stupid mind, or a spiritual mind? A Spiritual Mind is a mind that God occupies. God is pleased in the same way when we take off our old stained garments and put on the robes of righteousness given us by Jesus Christ. The congregation closed the service with a number of people coming forward to pray about putting on new clean garments. This message will be posted on this web site later this week.
The Agape ICA English service in the afternoon received a special treat as Rev. Ron Manske from the USA ministered the Word of the Lord about obeying God. It was an excellent teaching message. It prepared the congregation, especially the men, for the Men's Seminar this weekend, April 16-17, with Ron Manske from the USA. Ron is the father of Kelly Manske.
