God has always created leaders. Some of them have been farmers still in the rough. Others have been fishermen who were rough-and-tumble men. Some, like the Apostle Paul, had a Superior Religious Education. God, as He always does, elevated women and blessed their ministry. Esther is an example of a woman saving a nation.

What are some of the leadership qualities all of these possessed? They all developed strong positive attitudes toward the following factors:

Each one, regardless of their background, had a heart for God.

In addition to a heart for God they had a heart for others.

Many of them learned by doing.

These three elements form the base of Agape’s Leadership Training. God has given every believer some talents and abilities. First, a Christian has to find what his or her talents and abilities are, and then develop them for use in the Kingdom of God.

Leadership Training at Agape ICA is the vehicle for hooking up talents, gifts, and abilities to practical use. Recent Leadership trainings have been about Our Prayer Life, The Vision of a Leader, and currently we are studying the Holy Spirit.
